This course will introduce intermediate-to-advanced tools in Excel with a business-application focus.
In this course, we’ll discuss the theories and practices of data visualization, statistics, and reporting best practices in the spreadsheet environment. We’ll explore Excel features like charts, formulas and PivotTables in depth and weave them together to create descriptive analytics. We’ll discuss ways to handle large datasets and complex problems. And, we’ll go through ways we can bring interactivity to the spreadsheet without writing macros. For the experienced Excel user, this class will bring your skills to the next level. Bottom line: Attendees will learn the best ways to use Excel to solve business problems.
