Professional Summary
Dr. Elliott Manzon is an Assistant Professor – Educator of Marketing. He earned an interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Design Science at the University of Michigan working between Marketing and Design. Elliott also holds a Marketing BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. His research has investigated online consumer product reviews, aging consumer groups, and perceptions of technology product usability. His research has been presented at national marketing conferences including the American Marketing Association Summer Educator’s Conference, the Society for Judgment and Decision Making, and the Society of Marketing Advances Annual Conference. Elliott is a faculty advisor for the University of Cincinnati chapter of the American Marketing Association. Elliott teaches courses in Marketing Research and New Product Development. His teaching has been recognized for his innovative teaching practices which include implementing 3D printing into course curriculum and having student's create Kickstarter webpages as part of their New Product Development course. Elliott was awarded the national 2015 Society for Marketing Advances Cengage Pride-Farrell Innovations in Teaching Award for his innovations in marketing education.
