Ever wondered if your Excel skills are up to par or how to use Excel to its fullest?  The UC Real Estate Center and the City of Cincinnati have partnered to bring Excel expert, Joshua Kahr, to Cincinnati for this unique opportunity.

The course is informative, challenging and practical in nature.  In two days you will be given the necessary skills to model complex real estate transactions and maximize your use of Excel. All attendees will develop an understanding of how to use the power of Excel to analyze cash flow, leverage, partnerships and joint ventures, and construction projects.

On day one, the instructor will cover the mechanics of financial modeling for real estate investment and explore key concepts such as leverage and the impact of taxation.  Day two will focus on higher-level concepts such as partnership modeling, and construction and development modeling.
