Meet Our Moderator

Pam Beigh, President, SalesCORE

Pam Beigh is President of SalesCORE, a sales consulting firm that helps businesses align their sales efforts with their business goals. At our January 31 luncheon, Pam will share more than 25 years of leadership, sales, coaching and client development experience with Goering Center members. She has shaped, created and staffed sales organizations, managed sales training initiatives and developed comprehensive account management programs.

Pam’s expertise in sales and leadership building has made her a featured speaker at the Goering Center for Family & Private Business and the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.  She is a longtime Cincinnati resident and currently serves on the Executive Board for the Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre at Ohio University and the Goering Center for Family & Private Business.

Bob Balogh, Vice President of Channel Partnerships, Paycor

Bob's responsibilities at Paycor include managing and creating sales distribution channels through the development of partnerships. Prior to Paycor, Bob spent 11 years in various sales leadership and business development roles at Vantiv located in Cincinnati. He started his career as Vice President of Balogh Export, Inc. which was a family owned business in Miami, Florida focusing on sales and distribution of tires to Latin America and the Caribbean.

Bob has a bachelor of business administration degree from Ohio University. He currently volunteers time at Ohio University as a board member of the Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre which offers students certificates in sales education. He also spends time working on advisory boards for family and closely held businesses. Bob lives in Cincinnati with his wife and two children.

Sean Hildebrandt, National Sales Executive, Best Upon Request

Sean joined Best Upon Request in 2014, as the national sales executive.  Prior to joining BEST, Sean worked for 5 years as a key account sales executive for Enquirer Media. Throughout his career he has held various sales and marketing roles with Fortune 500 Companies, advertising agencies, and local family owned businesses.

Sean has a bachelors of history degree from the University of Cincinnati. He volunteers as a Supervisory Committee member for Emery Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors. He was also a member of the 2015 C-Change Class X, the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s young professional’s leadership development program. Sean spends his free time with his wife Liz and son Louie. He also enjoys playing golf, basketball, volleyball and volunteering.

Zach​ ​holds​ ​a​ ​Bachelors​ ​of​ ​Marketing​ ​from​ ​Wright​ ​State​ ​University.​ ​He​ ​volunteers​ ​as​ ​the Development​ ​Chair​ ​and​ ​Executive​ ​Committee​ ​member​ ​of​ ​the​ ​Southwest​ ​Prevent​ ​Blindness Ohio​ ​chapter.​ ​When​ ​not​ ​working​ ​or​ ​fulfilling​ ​his​ ​duties​ ​as​ ​Development​ Chair,​ ​you​ ​can​ ​find​ ​Zach golfing​ ​or​ ​enjoying​ ​the​ ​outdoors.
