Glenn Wegryn, Executive Director, Center for Business Analytics, Lindner College of Business, University of Cincinnati; Principal, Analytic Impact, LLC

Glenn Wegryn is a proven leader of analytics organizations in supply chain, planning, sourcing, inventory, revenue, consumer and trade analytics.  He has held organizational leadership, project management, technology development and analysis roles of increasing impact and responsibility at Procter & Gamble over a 28 year career.  He currently serves as Executive Director of the Center for Business Analytics at UC and leads an independent Analytics consultancy. He holds a BS in Quantitative Analysis from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and is a Certified Analytic Professional by The Institute for Operations Research and Management Science (INFORMS).

Bryan Holland, Partner, Holland Advertising: Interactive

Holland is one of Cincinnati’s original advertising/marketing agencies celebrating 80 years of client success stories. Bryan earned his MBA from Xavier University and has been successful in building clients’ business by strategically crafting their brand story based on their unique selling proposition. Then, he puts his team into motion to create and execute ROI Marketing Plans integrating traditional and digital marketing tactics that deliver results. Holland has worked with many great Cincinnati family and privately held companies such as Cintas, Jeff Ruby’s Culinary Entertainment, The Rug Gallery, Towne Properties and Kaeser & Blair Promotional Products to name a few.


Eric Scherzinger, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Scherzinger Pest Control

Eric graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Economics with a minor in Food Marketing and Management. Eric is part of the 4th generation at Scherzinger, and has held many different positions in the company. He was a pest control technician, a residential and commercial sales person, and the Dayton Branch Manager. Eric helped expand the company into Columbus, and is now the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He has been instrumental in expanding Scherzinger’s marketing efforts in the digital arena. Eric was also selected as a Top 20 Next Generation of Leaders in the Pest Management industry by the National Pest Management Association.


Joe Wendt, Owner, Inner Join Technologies

As the President of Inner Join Technologies, Joe brings 12 years of consumer profiling, data integration, CRM, business intelligence and application development experience to the Holland team.  Joe loves taking overlooked pieces of information and molding them into valuable, strategic assets for his clients both large and small. He has worked for organizations ranging from the University of Kentucky to the Cincinnati Reds. Additionally, he has sat on a Major League Baseball (MLB) advisory board, using customer data to increase revenue. Joe earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky, with a concentration in new media.
