Community engagement is one of the 10 best practices of family & private businesses. Learn why that is while you celebrate your team – and how they give back to the community – at our October 26 Social & Learning event at Sharonville Convention Center.

We will showcase your stories while hearing from Cincinnati business owners who are elevating our community through employee engagement programs:

  • Steve Melink, CEO of Melink Corporation, will help us understand the strategic advantages of transcendent leadership, and its impact on the triple bottom line of profits, people and planet
  • Michael Kroeger and Kelly Dolan, founders of Ingage Partners, will share the impact that their B-Corp is making in Cincinnati, solving social and environmental problems in a for-profit environment
  • Susan Ingmire, President, IGNITE Philanthropy Advisors, will teach us how to align our give-back efforts with our company values, while weighing the advantages of donor advised funds vs. family foundations

Share your story. Showcase your team!

Throughout the afternoon we will toast the good works of Goering Center members who are giving back to our city while driving engagement across their teams. Tell us your tales of giving back – from charitable giving to community service – mission driven or employee led. Submit your stories here http://cincinnati.qualtrics.com/jfe6/form/SV_9pM1XG6kf1Y2vYx by October 21st, 2016.
