Meet Our Moderator

Stephen Holmes, President, Cors & Bassett

Steve serves as the President of Cors & Bassett and is a member of its Executive Committee. His law practice is generally concentrated in the representation of family- and privately-owned business clients. Specific practice areas include essentially all major areas of law related to the operation of a business, including general corporate and business law, real estate, financing arrangements, commercial transactions, acquisitions, labor and employment law, workers' compensation, succession planning, regulatory matters and all areas of transportation law. He has also served as an arbitrator in connection with the resolution of family owned business disputes.

Steve received his B.A. from Transylvania University in 1979, where he majored in Business Administration and Economics, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky in 1982.

Chuck Braddock, Partner, PwC

Chuck leads the Private Company Services practice for the Greater Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana region. He is responsible for overall quality of services PwC delivers to its private company clients and oversees a team of more than 90 professionals fully dedicated to serving private companies.

He has nearly 29 years of professional experience, primarily focused on serving private companies, including those with Private Equity ownership. Chuck’s clients have included global companies headquartered in the US and other countries, private equity owned entities and family owned businesses. These clients have operated in various industries, including manufacturing, retail and consumer, financial services and health care.

Todd Chapman, Vice President, Commercial Division, USI Insurance

Todd began his Insurance Career in 2001 with USI Insurance. Since 2002, Todd has been servicing his clients by managing their Property and Casualty Insurance Programs. He provides expert support, strategies, coverage expertise and risk management advice to help his clients stay on top and he is committed to helping organizations reduce, mitigate and transfer risk.

He currently serves on the Insurance and Finance Committee for the local Allied Construction Industries Chapter, The Cure Starts Now, and the Goering Center. Additionally, Todd serves on several insurance carrier agents councils.

Stewart Greenlee, CEO, CenterBank

Stewart joined CenterBank as CEO in January 2007, and has been in banking for over 33 years. He served in a variety of roles with Diamond Savings and Loan Company and Fifth Third Bank, most recently overseeing residential mortgage lending activities across Fifth Third’s footprint.

Stewart serves on the boards of Magnified Giving and Clermont Chamber of Commerce, and is chair of the chamber’s workforce readiness committee. His past volunteer activities include Campaign Chair for Eastern Area United Way, Cincinnati Home Builders Association Board Member, and Planned Giving Resource Committee at St. Xavier High School.

Emily Pan, Partner, Vorys, Sater Seymour and Pease LLP

Emily is a partner in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the trusts, estates and wealth transfer group. She handles a wide variety of wealth transfer matters for clients, including estate planning, charitable planning and business succession planning. She advises high net worth individuals and families, closely-held business owners, corporate executives, retirees, young professionals and corporate fiduciaries. 

Emily serves on the Council of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the Ohio State Bar Association. The Council monitors Ohio’s trust and estate law and drafts and proposes new legislation for consideration by the Ohio General Assembly. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association, and a frequent lecturer on various estate planning and estate administration topics.
