Wendy Lea, CEO, Cintrifuse

Wendy is CEO of Cintrifuse, a public-private partnership that enables promising high-growth startups to prosper in Cincinnati. She is a member of C200 and Cincinnati Women's Executive Forum.

She has delivered business solutions in 30 countries and brings a worldly point of view to digital innovation and her entrepreneurial pursuits. OnTarget, Stratify and Get Satisfaction are three of her many leadership successes. In 2012 and 2013, Wendy was recognized as a Women of Influence in both Silicon Valley and San Francisco. She currently serves on two non-profit boards: The Health Collaborative and the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and is on the board of venture-backed Xyleme.

Doug Hall, CEO, Brain Brew Ventures

Doug Hall is an inventor, researcher, and author. A chemical engineer by education rising to the rank of Master Marketing Inventor at Procter & Gamble. He has been named one of America's top innovation experts by A&E Top 10, Inc. Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Dateline NBC, CNBC, CIO Magazine, and the CBC.

In 1986 Doug founded what is now known as the Eureka! Ranch — a team of inventors, educators, and software designers who enable the Innovation Engineering movement, helping top brands including Nike, Walt Disney, American Express and more. Doug is also the Founder & CEO of Brain Brew Distilling, a craft distillery focused on the creation of scientific spirits. Brain Brew has a partnership with Edrington Distillers of Scotland to take Brain Brew Whiskeys & Rums to market. The company's motto is, "Some call us the crazy ones...and we're okay with that."

Chris Ostoich, Co-Founder, LISNR

Chris Ostoich is the co-founder and head of innovation at LISNR. He's not much for titles though. Chris is responsible for developing and managing the innovation process across the organization. The role includes identifying and developing new opportunities, markets, models and partnerships while managing the process of innovation. That process includes managing a team dedicated to testing the boundaries of what's possible with LISNR technology, leading internal and external hackathons and managing the IP portfolio. Sounds fun right?

LISNR is the world leader in ultrasonic audio technology. The communication protocol uses sound to connect devices and transmit data using inaudible frequencies called Smart Tones. LISNR is a 5 year old company based in Cincinnati, Ohio, backed by Intel Capital, a TechStars company, Gold Lion Winner at Cannes and a 2 time CNBC Disruptor50.

Steve Anevski, CEO & Co-Founder, Upshift

Steve Anevski is CEO and co-founder of Upshift, a digital on-demand marketplace that connects workers with businesses in real time for hourly shifts.  Upshift is disrupting the $160 billion temporary staffing industry through the use of technology like never before.  A lawyer by education, he has successfully launched ventures in the hospitality, salon, IT and real estate sectors before launching Upshift.

Prior to Upshift, Steve owned and operated multiple bars and restaurants in the Cincinnati area and also built out a real estate sales team that structured, brokered and organized over $1 billion worth of investment real estate transactions in over 30 States. A 2016 United Macedonian Diaspora Global 40 under 40, 2016 Brandery Alum and 2016 CoStar Power Broker, Steve is constantly exploring ways to push the envelope of what is possible.
