Keith began his career with P&G where his assignments included manufacturing, customer services, purchases, engineering, and human resources. During his time at P&G Keith traveled over three million miles benchmarking the world's very best organizations and leaders. He retired from P&G after 32 years at the end of 2009.
After observing fellow coworkers struggle with retirement he partnered with Alan Spector to research this life transition. After interviewing thousands of retirees and consulting with the world’s experts they published the book “Your Retirement Quest - Ten Secrets to Creating and Living a Fulfilling Retirement.” It has ranked in the top five percent of Amazon book sales since its launch on July 4th, 2010 and is currently in its third printing.

Peg Stookey is founder of The Legacy Center and is known as a Change Catalyst and an Instigator of New Beginnings. She has a unique background which blends time spent in entrepreneurism, franchising, career transition/job search, personal branding, change leadership and professional change readiness. Legacy is not simply the name of her business – it’s an ever-present, core value. Peg is an avid proponent of using Positive Psychology methods and practices in order to achieve greater success, in work and in life. Rick Theders, Chairman, RiskSOURCE Clark-Theders
Rick Theders acquired RiskSOURCE Clark-Theders in 1977, and since then has continued to build an environment that provides exceptional service and quality insurance products. As Chairman, Rick still enjoys visiting one-on-one with customers and addressing all aspects of their insurance needs. His son, Jonathan, joined the agency in 1998, and had the vision to develop RiskSOURCE Cares, the company’s community outreach program.
Since the RiskSOURCE Cares committee formed, Rick has dedicated himself to working with the Mount Healthy Alliance, assisting them with their food pantry project. He is the former chairman of the National Association of Career and Technical Education, Business Partnership board, and past chairman of the Great Oaks School District Business Advisory Board. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for St. Joseph Home as Chair of the Board and as a weekly volunteer. He is also very active with his church.
