Meet Our Panel

Craig Todd, Managing Partner, and Paul Delaney, Partner, Amend Consulting

If you think a family or private business can’t compete for top co-op talent, think again. Amend Consulting created a self-sustaining recruiting platform – boasting a closure rate of 100 percent – without investing a dime in traditional recruiting avenues. They leverage a non-traditional recruiting approach and invest their time in millennials who are eager to co-op, giving them meaningful, customer-facing assignments. The result? A steady stream of new recruits and the highest ranking culture index in Goering Center’s history.

Lisa Lickert, President, EMI Network

As president of the full-service branding firm EMI Network, Lisa Lickert knows that even the smallest action can leave a lasting effect. That’s why she takes every opportunity to get in front of LCB students as a guest lecturer. She’s building EMI’s brand – and crafting a long-term success strategy – by sharing her subject matter expertise today with the business leaders of tomorrow.

Greg Harrell, Director, Ticket Sales, FC Cincinnati

As an adjunct professor, Greg has a front-row seat to the action underway at LCB’s Center for Professional Selling. He has played an integral role in connecting professional sales students to local businesses through mock interviews, sales competitions, workshops and the Center’s bi-annual Sales Expo. Now, as Director of Ticket Sales for FC Cincinnati, he’s harnessing the power of the Center’s professional selling network to grow sales of the hottest sports ticket in town.
