Lynn is a champion for corporate culture – an architect of its impact at the Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy, where Lynne served as Executive Coach for two-time Olympic Coach Mary Lee Tracy. Lynne has decades of experience in cultivating key elements of healthy organizational culture, from communication to teamwork to leadership.

Lynne is a highly respected thought–leader on the topic of healthy culture, she knows what it takes to create environments in which employees want to work and customers want to do business.  Lynne developed Perfect 10 Corporate Culture, a program where participants are motivated and encouraged when they learn they can work inside an organization where they are valued, understood and respected.

She is the author of Three Impossible Promises.

Michelle Thompson

Michelle Thompson

Michelle Thompson is an INCUBATOR FOR INSPIRATION. Armed with almost 20 years’ experience working with Fortune 500 companies in advertising and marketing, she makes company visions and dreams a reality. Her career is bookended thematically, beginning her career in 1995 at Leo Burnett U.S.A. advertising agency and concluding her full-time corporate pursuits at the agency’s client, Procter & Gamble.

Michelle worked in positions of leadership at Procter & Gamble where she led and managed projects and people. Since her time with P&G, she has operated as a marketing consultant under her own company, Designed for Destiny LLC, and since March 2013 as a SKILLSOURCE consultant.  Michelle is the author of Table for 1, Please!  She enjoys empowering youth and women through motivational teaching and her writings.
