Cynthia Booth, CEO & Owner, COBCO Enterprises/McDonald's

Cynthia Booth is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio.  In August 2000, she became President/CEO and Owner of COBCO Enterprises/McDonald's, a privately held company that owns six McDonald’s Franchises. Cynthia is the recipient of many community and civic awards, some of which include the 2016 Lead Magazine Emerging Business Award, the 2016 Goering Center Family & Private Business Award and the 2010 Ronald Award (the highest award a McDonald’s business franchisee can receive). In February 2008, Cynthia has was also honored in 2008 by President George W. Bush at the White House as an outstanding businessperson, has been featured in Fortune Magazine and has appeared on “CNN” Money Talks.

Jonathan Theders, CEO, RiskSOURCE Clark-Theders

Jonathan is the CEO of RiskSOURCE Clark-Theders, Inc., a West Chester based firm focused on risk management and insurance solutions business and personal clients.  He is very dedicated to the community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Goering Center and past 13-year Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of West Chester/Liberty.  He also founded the RiskSOURCE Cares Program in 2007, a dedicated division of the business committed to give back to the community. In 2012 Jonathan received the Cincinnati Business Courier’s “40 Under 40” award, and RiskSOURCE is a recipient of the Courier’s “Best Places to Work” for 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Valerie Webster, President,

For nearly twenty years, Valerie has helped organizations achieve strong growth goals through operational efficiencies, organizational effectiveness and helping build alignment among the executive team.  Although her journey started on the financial side of the house, she recognizes spreadsheets and numbers provides facts yet people are the real engine behind any successful organization. In 2013, Valerie joined The Motz Corporation as CFO while also bringing strategic growth alignment with leadership.  In 2016, she moved in a new position, leading USGreentech as president, to focus on process implementation, organizational development and long term sustainable product marketability.

Ray Attiyah, Founder & Chief Information Officer,
Definity Partners

Ray Attiyah is the founder and CIO of Definity Partners, a training, process and leadership improvement firm. In addition to founding Definity Partners, Ray also owns 16 additional businesses including start-ups, manufacturer, training and e-commerce companies. His business expertise comes from twenty plus years of hands-on experience in engineering, operations and management leadership roles in manufacturing and service businesses, including Johnson & Johnson, Johnson & Hardin and UPS. Inspired by his experiences, Attiyah founded Definity Partners in 1996, and has helped hundreds of companies and thousands of leaders to perpetual and transformational growth and improvement.
