Be A Talent Magnet

Core Member Breakfast | 3.22.18 | Sharonville Convention Center

Whether by design or by default, your company has a culture. And cultures do one of two things: they drive overall performance by attracting highly skilled, creative and self-motivated people to you, or they hinder your growth while triggering a talent exodus in this fiercely competitive job market.

In our March 22 Core Member Breakfast, you’ll hear how four local businesses became talent magnets. With great care and intention, they created unique, positive environments that attract the best and brightest.

Key Learnings:

  • How to know your values, live your values, and hire people who share your values.
  • How to reveal your team’s “Why” – and leverage it for performance.
  • How to assess your reward systems – are they undermining the culture you want to create?
  • How to create a high-impact suite of benefits that honors your team’s personal life, career ambitions, as well as their physical and spiritual health
  • How to use business as a force for good.
