He was the Vice President at Champion Window, which custom manufactures windows, doors and sunrooms. Rik has significant and broad-based experience and skills in interpersonal communications, marketing/advertising, sales management, financial statement analysis, competitive intelligence, operations, customer service, strategic planning and manager recruiting.
