Undergraduate Business Minors

Lindner College of Business (LCB) students may select Entrepreneurship as a major, a double major, or a minor.  Adding Entrepreneurship as a second area of expertise as either a double major or minor enhances a student’s career pursuits in multiple individual, corporate and social entrepreneurship areas.

Qualified UC students enrolled in non-LCB baccalaureate degree programs may also pursue a discipline-specific minor, such as Entrepreneurship, or a general minor in Business Administration in the Lindner College of Business. The general minor in business follows a sequence of courses designed to give students experience in the fundamental business disciplines.

Non-LCB students interested in the discipline specific Entrepreneurship minor must meet the following requirements to apply:

  • Have 30 earned semester credit hours;
  • Have at least a 3.0 University GPA and be enrolled in a four-year degree granting program;
  • Complete at least 50 percent of all minor coursework in the Lindner College of Business; and
  • Earn a 2.0 in minor courses.

To add a discipline specific minor such as entrepreneurship or general business minor, all students must file a minor application form in the LCB Undergraduate Programs Office, Suite 105 Lindner Hall.
