Teaching Interest
- I find the UCC, Accountant's Legal Liability and Fraud, and legal aspects of entrepreneurship such as business forms, intellectual property, venture capital terms and the buying and selling of a business, to be quite interesting. When I teach the more general MBA course, my students serve as CEO's in a negotiation project with the law school . I have also taught law related to global business in the past.
Research Interest
- Since I have worked as an interim associate provost, I find the law relating to faculty affairs and higher education to be the most fascinating area to research. I am currently also reviewing Secretary Paulson's blue print for modernizing the financial regulatory structure.
